L.A Detective

“I’m the best detective in this country!” Lenny Samuel is a private detective. One day, he went to the bank to put his money in. When he arrived at the bank, he saw a duck who had a brown bag and gun. He was called by Mr. Carter while he went to his home. Mr. Carter was a president of the First City Bank. He wanted Samuel to catch robberies. Samuel went Mr. Carter’s office. Me.Carter told Samuel that he was robbed money last week and today. It was not good. He didn’t want to loose his job. Samuel went to a brunch to check. He stood long time and came to be tired. So he thought he asked manager of this bank about what they were doing. He waited some minutes and he saw a beautiful woman. After she getting out, the secretary opened the door and screamed because the manager was tied his hands and legs. Samuel followed the mortorbike. But he was caught by a police. “Can I solve this puzzle?” It was Friday morning. Pete was spending a boring day. He walked into a big shopping mall. He went to a bookshop in the mall. When he got out of the bookshop,  a girl ran through the crowd and towards Pete. She pushed something into his hand. Pete saw a large man. He was angry and looking for something. Pete thought the man was looking for the thing which was in Pete’s hand or the girl. Pete had a film cassette. He wanted to see pictures to solve this puzzle. He watched pictures and found a strange picture. After a day, he read newspapers and found the man who was in that picture. He was prisoner. And the picture was taken in a churchyard. He went to the churchyard and met a priest. Pete asked to him about the picture and the girl. He didn’t know about two men in the picture but he knew about the girl. Next, he went into a sandwich shop. He asked again. The woman knew who the girl was. Her name was Amy. She lived in Richfield house. Pete went to Richfield hou

“Here we are,” she said. “This is the big city.”  Marco lived in a small village. He was working in the farm with his father. The father asked Marco to count boxes. There were 240 boxes. The father called a man and they put the boxes onto the lorry. Marco went into his home. His mother was cooking but he was not hungry. He was thinking that he didn’t want to stay in this village because there was nothing. He has an idea. The next day was Saturday and the train came to this village every Saturday. Saturday, in early morning, Marco left his home and went to the station. When he arrived there, there was no train but a man. Marco hid behind a fence because he didn’t have enough money to buy his ticket. The train came into the station. Marco rode the train with no ticket. Fortunately, he wasn’t saw by anyone. He fell asleep in the train. The train stopped and Marco got up. He realized that there was a woman next to him. And she said they were in the big city. Marco got out of the train and

Lucky Number

“Give me a ticket! Hurry!” Cafe Colombo is always busy. There are always people sitting at the table. But Charlie didn’t sit in the cafe because he was a shoeshine boy. He shined shoes ten cents. That day, Charlie shined one man’s shoes. And he got ten cents. An old man came to walk. He was selling lottery tickets. A man bought one ticket. But the ticket fell out of his pocket. Charlie caught it and took it to home. The next day, his mother went to lottery office. A man was shouting winning number. Did Charlie and his mother win? Were they lucky? This book doesn’t tell us which Charlie win or lose. But  this point is good. We can imagine however we want.

The Lost Ship

“Where am I going?” The captain of a sailing ship was writing in the ship’s log book. Suddenly a clue ran into his cabin and said there was a strange ship. The captain looked at the ship. But there were no people on deck. He shouted to the ship but there was no answer. So he went to the ship with some his men. In the ship, the captain found a log book and a picture. He was surprised because it was his picture! He has been in this ship for long time. What happened? I didn’t think this book is horror story. So I was surprised.

The Well

“Please, go to the well,” Says grandmother. “Bring me some water in the bucket.” Lia lives with her mother, father, brother and grandmother. Her grandmother is old and sick. One hot day, the grandmother said that she wanted some water in the well which was near her house. But they were living in a city. And it was dangerous to go to her farm because there was a volcano near the farm. Lia’s mother told her it was impossible to get that water. But the grandmother repeated again. So, Lia decided to go to the farm with her brother, Jay. The next day, they left home. They stopped next to a bridge. They ate lunch. There was a friendly woman with a little dog. Lia and Jay arrived at the grandmother’s farm. Jay found a lot of oranges. He pulled some oranges. They found a well. But the water wasn’t good. They tried to pull up the bucket. When the bucket came up, it was full of dirty water. Lia emptied the bucket. And they saw gold coins! While they were going back to their home, they were caugh

Ski Race

“Who wants to race?” Sue and Rebecca and their friends arrived at their holiday chalet. They were going to ski there. Sue and Rebecca loved skiing. Monday morning, they were in the ski hire shop. They were choosing their boots and skis. Sue and Rebecca were in the ski lift and went to the top of the mountain. They were very good at skiing. The last holiday, the race was held. Sue and Rebecca, and David and Mark wanted to win. But David and Mark couldn’t pass Sue and Rebecca. So those men undo a screw on one of the Sue’s skis. The race started. But Sue couldn’t go well. She fall but David and Mark went over. How Sue and Rebecca win the race? I want to try skiing. I think two men are so mean.
